If a guarantee brakedown, please contact with us and we will inform you the nearest SAT or we will send the device to freight prepaid, we'll send the SAT and return it to freight prepaid. Keep your bill always, it is your warranty.
Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase of the bill, to make a refund of a product. You must contact us, send us a product in its original packaging (with all its components, corresponding instruction book and guarantee) to freight prepaid. Once we check the proper state and that it has not been used, we proceed to a full refund of purchase (postage will not be returned).
